Precision testing and strict quality control

From power supply, lamp beads to finished fish lamps, we undergo precise testing at every step to strictly control product quality.

The LED beads are automatically detected for PCB defects through high-speed and precise SMT mounting, using AOI optical detection technology. The quality of solder joints is detected using X-Ray, and the BGA void rate is scanned and analyzed. The void rate is less than 20%, effectively ensuring the service life of the LED beads.

Multiple reliability tests were also conducted, including photoelectric parameter testing, voltage withstand testing, double 90 testing, disturbance testing, immunity testing, vibration testing, high/low temperature testing, alternating humidity and heat testing, salt spray testing, etc., to improve the reliability and stability of the product.

Simulating the marine environment for waterproofing testing, its protection level reaches IP68, which can effectively cope with offshore operating environments.

After passing all the tests of Jiyu Lantern, we will continue to provide customers with attentive service during product shipment and after-sales operations.

Customized packaging based on the model of the fishing lamp, with blister packaging that fits and protects the lighting fixtures, and can be stacked for storage, effectively reducing storage volume.
